Tate are partnered with a very successful FMCG business, with their UK Head Office based in Woking. We are currently recruiting for a Payroll & HR Admin Specialist to join the wider time whilst assisting with a heavy workload.
The role is primarily responsible for the Administration of the internal Payroll and HR platforms. You will be working closely with the current Payroll Specialist and Process Improvement Manager, to take responsibility for the current process and administrationof the payroll and HR new starter process.
**Duties to involve,**
Payroll
- Responsible for end-to-end administration of monthly payroll process
- Reconciliation of payroll, benefits and data
- Answering any payroll queries from employees
HR Administration
- On-boarding / New starters
- Updating and maintaining HR System - Success Factors HR and Ceridian Payroll
- Producing relevant paperwork for internal teams
- Benefits administrations
- Track internal staff training
**Experience and skills required,**
- Extensive payroll experience - UK and International, practice & laws, auditing and processing
- Motivated to provide the highest level of responsiveness and performance within a small team
- Intermediate Excel experience
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organisation
