The School:
Here is a fantastic opportunity to work with a lovely school in the Henley-On-Thames Area The primary school are looking to appoint an engaging and motivating individual to join their already fantastic team as a learning support assistant.

Your new role:
You will be working closely with teachers and other members of staff to ensure the children are safe and getting the best out of their time in. This learning support assistant role is to encourage learning and to support children within the classroom inthe school environment.
- Support class learning and behaviours
- Restorative justice support in children
- Monitoring and supporting emotional regulation
- Possibly working with small groups or 1-1

What you will need to succeed:
This learning support assistant position will require you to have interest and passion in working in children education. Enthusiasm is a desirable factor to give an exciting and fun environment for the students. The learning support assistant role is expectedto use their initiative and get involved when needed.
