Beauty Edit Mayfair is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Skincare Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Skincare Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and promoting our range of skincare products. This position is retail-driven, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their skincare needs and provide personalised recommendations.
- **Product Knowledge**: Possess an in-depth understanding of Beauty Edit Mayfair skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage, to effectively educate and advise customers.
- **Sales Generation**: Proactively promote and demonstrate skincare products to drive sales, meet targets, and maximize revenue.
- **Brand Representation**: Uphold the brand image and ethos of Beauty Edit Mayfair through your appearance, demeanour, and product presentation.
- **Retail Operations**: Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting and aesthetically pleasing environment for customers.
- **Events and Promotions**: Support in-store events, promotions, and product launches to create excitement and drive foot traffic to the store.
- **Training and Development**: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and skincare techniques through ongoing training provided by Beauty Edit Mayfair.

**Requirements**:

- **Beauty Therapist Certification**: Qualified beauty therapist with recognized certification.
- **Facial Experience**: Previous experience performing facials is a clear advantage.
- **Retail Experience**: Demonstrated experience in a retail environment, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry.
- **Passion for Skincare**: Genuine passion for skincare, beauty, and helping customers achieve their skincare goals.
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- **Sales-driven**: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the needs of the business.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
