Reed Secure are working with a London based Police force responsible for financial crime who are looking to recruit **Programme Office Manager**.
- **£44,390 + London Weighting £6,710 + Market Forces Supplements - £5,000**:

- **Main location: London - New Street London EC2M 4TP, will need to flex between City of London sites**:

- **Hybrid ( currently the team work 3 days office based and 2 days from home.)**:

- **Full time hours**:

- **24 month FTC opportunity with potential of being extended**:
Our Client is looking for someone to lead, develop and deliver significant change programmes.The role will be required to matrix manage multi-disciplinary project team resources, be responsible for budget and financial management and reporting.The rolemust have strong stakeholder management experience with proven ability to communicate effectively with Chief Officers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manages the project or work stream managers within the programme of work, ensuring that appropriate project management and controls are used effectively (Stakeholder management, project governance, reporting, planning, communication, Risk and Issue management,quality management, benefit management and management of stages)
- Successful delivery of programme outputs and the management of benefits and their delivery for multiple projects that fall within the post holder’s area of accountability.
- Actively manages issues and risks arising from within police projects and programmes of work
- Prepares reports for Senior Officers and Members, presenting complex ideas and programmes in a form that is consumable to the audience and uses plain language
- Accountable for the effective management and resolution of risks and issues affecting the programme of work.

**Requirements**:

- Skills to use of appropriate project and programme office tools and technology to support process and practices - understands the principles of programme planning and management and can adapt the use of these to the organisational environment.
- Has relevant Project and Programme management office qualifications and the equivalent experience.
- Has training and experience in Risk Management, Project and Programme Planning and Benefit management.
- Experience in running and managing a programme or project office
- Has experience of PMO related analysis including monitoring and managing programme budgets and providing financial reports
