You will have daily contact with clients and our team of engineers and will always be looking ahead to ensure we are working as efficiently as possible and delighting our customers.

Pure Group Services are a highly successful SME based in Milton Keynes, with over 23 years’ experience serving local businesses and residents with air conditioning, plumbing and heating and minor building works needs.

We are currently undergoing a transformation process to support an exciting planned period of expansion. This is a key role to support our business growth and we are looking for an individual to progress and grow with us.

**The opportunity**:

- You will be based in our Milton Keynes Head Office (solely office based role)
- You will speak to domestic and commercial clients and customers, understanding their needs and scheduling work with the field engineers in the most efficient way
- You will communicate regularly with our team of Engineers; creating and sending job sheets, ordering parts and ensuring they have the required parts and information to undertake their tasks
- You will raise purchase orders and support providing quotations
- You will manage activities through our CRM database and undertake various other administrative duties to support the team
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and a professional, warm telephone manner
- A focus on delighting our customers through exceptional customer service
- The ability to build great relationships with our Engineers and to develop an understanding of some of the technical components for our business
- Brilliant attention to detail
- Flexibility and an ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload
- A willingness and ability to learn new processes quickly and carefully and suggest process improvements to ensure efficiency and effective working
- Previous administrative / office experience, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel and ideally in a relevant area

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Helpdesk or Plumbing & Heating: 1 year (preferred)
