Across the grounds, you will find The Coach House, an award-winning hotel and restaurant. Beautifully restored, the hotel has nine bedrooms and a relaxed all-day restaurant showcasing the best of our local Yorkshire produce, where possible from our own recently restored kitchen gardens. The Kitchen gardens on the estate have recently been restored and it is here where The Fig House is found. From April 2018, this venue will be able to host up to 100 delegates, overlooking the fascinating landscape garden design of Tom Stuart Smith, this light airy space provides a fresh perspective for you and your guests.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Bar Supervisors to join our front of house team to help ensure our events are running to a high standard across the estate.

As the estate Bar Supervisor your role will involve providing a courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintaining the levels of service we hold. You will be helping to ensure our restaurants and events are ran smoothly always and working to the standards that are expected throughout the estate.

You must have an interest and good knowledge of cocktails and service background. Holding a similar position within a similar environment is desirable. To be passionate and dedicated to providing the very best customer service. Cocktail experience is essential for this role, you will be required to work across the estate when needed.

This role would suit a young professional who is outgoing, bubbly and friendly, has a good professional manner, who has transport and is looking for a new challenge. For someone who is wanting to offer their services along with professionalism, organizational skills and proving to be a team player.

This is an estate Bar Supervisor role and you will be creating cocktails for events up to 200 people. You will be expected to keep up stock levels, keeping the bars clean and ready for use, staff training days, line cleaning, stock take good cellar management.

Required elements are exceptional customer service, great bar and beverage handling, cocktails, mocktails, smoothie preparation, clearing and serving, monitoring of waste, loading/unloading and organizing all cellar areas, deep cleaning and staff cocktail training.

There is no staff accommodation with this role and a car is essential.

Salary will be dependent upon experience.
