If so, we have the opportunity for you Signature Recruitment is seeking an ambitious and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our client, a London Based University This is a full time, temporary position, with the added benefit of hybrid working.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting the finance and HR teams, while also assisting other departments within the organisation. Your main duties will include raising purchase orders, managing the inbox, acting as the key point of contact, and booking travel and accommodation. You will also be responsible for financial activities such as raising receipts, invoices, and expense claims, and tracking spreadsheets for costs. The Administrative Assistant will provide assistance around HR tasks, including Right to Work checks and helping the team with one-off payments and payroll. You will also be responsible for other project-focused tasks and ad hoc duties.

Main Duties:

- Raising POs, supporting finance and HR, crossing over both teams.
- Inbox management
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Financial activities such as raising POs, receipts, invoices, expense claims, and tracking spreadsheets for costs.
- HR tasks, including Right to Work checks and helping the team with one-off payments and payments to staff.
- Other tasks, which are project focused and any other ad hoc duties.
- The above tasks will be carried out due to academics awarding internal funding.
