Head Housekeeper

Our rapidly growing home requires a Head Housekeeper that is able to lead a team of domestic staff to ensure our home meets the high standards our residents deserve. You will report into the Registered Manager, you will not be afraid to be hands on in undertaking housekeeping shifts as part of the role. We are looking for an organised, friendly and motivated leader who will take pride in their own and their teams work. Excellent communication skill, good interpersonal skills and a can do attitude are a must.
- You will undertake all mandatory training as necessary

This can be flexible to suit but will likely include working some weekends/bank holidays.
An enhanced DBS and two satisfactory references will be required for the position.
