**What you will need to bring to the role**:
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- To be sensitive to peoples differing emotional needs within different situations
- A sense of humour
- A fully flexible approach, you will be expected to work on a rota system including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- The ability to work as part of a team and to learn from the people around you
- The confidence to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow a written support plan and to use your own initiative
