**About the role**

This role is a varied and integral part of our team, providing valuable daily support to our fast paced service.

**To be successful you will need**
- A minimum of 5 qualifications equivalent to NVQ level 2, GCSE at Grade C/4 or above, these must include Maths and English
- Experience of working in a customer service, financial or credit control role
- Experience of undertaking an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to be flexible and work in a constantly changing environment
- Good IT skills and the ability to pay attention to detail
