We have an opportunity for a technically minded person to join our team as a Fitter in our busy workshop, Located In Killamarsh, Sheffield S21.

The role involves diagnosing, Repairing and servicing machinery. You will be working on all major makes of power tools, Gardening equipment & Small plant. Machinery ranges from Air, Cordless, Electric & Petrol.

Working on machinery from Battery powered drills to lawnmowers & Petrol Jet washes.

**Duties**:
Carrying out fault diagnostic and spare part identification to correctly repair a machine.
- Estimate and advise on repair costs.
- Control stock coming in & out of the workshop ensuring stocked items are kept above minimum levels.
- Prepare an itemised quotation to present to the customer.
- Identify spare parts & part numbers from breakdown diagrams.
- Clean & Keep tidy work bench & surrounding walkways.
- Assist with deliveries & collections when required.
- General workshop/Yard tasks.
- Answering the phone for general enquiries - Job Chasing, Spares Ordering / Sales,
- New Machinery Sales.
