Carnforth, United Kingdom We Care 2 Full time

**Why would you choose to work for 'We Care 2' ?**
The reason is in the name, it's because 'We Care'.
We care about our Care Providers, we understand that the industry is tiring and hard work. Without dedicated and hardworking staff the residents/ patients wouldn't receive the care they deserve. We also care for the Care homes/ Nursing homes we work with and we are aware of the financial deficit utilising temporary staff has.

We are a brand new care staffing platform that is managed by highly trained health care professionals who have managed nursing homes and care homes with over 20 years of experience, together we have created a brand new perspective on how temporary staff can deliver care to optimise standards and formulate a trusting relationship between temporary carers and the care environment.

The beauty of being on our platform is being able to experience different care environments and choosing your own hours every week.

We provide you your very own profile on our platform where you upload your working hours onto our calendar in readiness for local homes/ hospitals to book the shifts they need.

The money you earn is the money you will keep. We don't take a massive cut out of the hard earned money you have worked for. We offer a very generous hourly rate and offer outstanding training and development to help further your career in the care industry.
