**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Primarily based at our central production unit in Londonfields (which will move to poplar in a few month), London the Head Baker leads the entire central bakery production, to create a continuous improvement culture and optimize processes in order to deliver great and standardized quality products. We operate a production setup that, ideally, requires experience within an artisan bakery.

This position is essential in developing and implementing a strong and scalable bakery production setup, excellent hygiene and safety standards, focus on training leaders and employees in production methods, optimizing production flows, and reducing waste.

You must be very comfortable managing sourdough and biga.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute the daily bakery production - in order to ensure the right volume and minimize food waste
- Implement new products
- Ensure the right product standards, at all times, according to Group standards
- Strengthen the collaboration with the operations team, stores, and central support team in order to always operate with a “customer first” approach
- Monitor and report on KPI´s and key production results to adjust and optimize the business wherever possible
- Administrative tasks including ordering, scheduling, and managing cost control according to the set budgets

**Practicalities**

This is a full-time position, primarily based at our central production unit in Londonfields, London.

You must adaptable to work flexible working hours, which will include evening shifts, night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays as needed by the business.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
