Hunter Gatherer Mental Health are working on the behalf of a supportive adults CMHT based in the South Essex area. The team are looking for a mental health nurse with community experience who can commit to 3 long days per week, between Monday and Friday.Working hours 8am - 8pm or 10am - 10pm.

The post holder carries responsibility for the assessment of care needs and their development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for Older Adults and Adults of Working Age with mental health problems who have been referred to the service.

This will be an initial 3-month contract with the view of extension.

Job Details:

- Start Date: ASAP
- End 3-month contract with the view of extension
- Working Pattern: Full Time
- Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm / 10am - 10pm
