**Salary: £22,000 basic £30,000 OTE + excellent benefits**

Working with the premium brand Audi, our sales contact centre advisors play a crucial role in delivering world class customer experiences. Liaising with customers through telephone and digital communications to arrange both physical and virtual appointments which will result in sales. This is the perfect opportunity for a customer focused individual to join our award-winning business, be part of a performing team and develop in their career.

The role is 5 days/40hrs per week with fixed rotational shift patterns covering from 8am-7pm (Monday-Thursday), 8am-6pm (Friday), 8am-5pm (Saturday) and 10am-4pm (Sunday), set well in advance so you have room to plan. Weekend working is part of the retail experience, and you would be required to work every second weekend with time off during the week.

This is a full-time office-based role where collaboration and continual growth are key to ensuring we create a centre of excellence.

You will be joining our team of advisors and your role requires you to have great computer skills, be confident working within a target-based environment and achieving KPI’s. You’ll be a natural communicator with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport easily

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of a consistently high-quality customer experience
- Work alongside colleagues and managers in the CCC and beyond to create an inclusive and supportive friendly environment
- Managing your own workload
- Provide prompt, professional and engaging responses to all sales enquiry types

Qualifications:

- Open to learning

Whilst Automotive experience is desirable, it’s not essential as full training will be provided as part of your induction and ongoing learning, allowing you to expand your knowledge of the automotive sector. We will support you with a guaranteed bonus during your training period too.
