About the RoleAs a Sales Assistant - Customer Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand, providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our range of outdoor products. You'll work closely with our team to create a premium shopping experience, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
We're committed to providing a total reward package that's more than just a base salary. As a Sales Assistant - Customer Advisor, you'll enjoy:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.47 per hour (£9.27 for under 21's)
- A bonus of up to £750 per annum (in proportion with hours worked)
