Portering Supervisor

You will be part of a team of four supervisors who have regular communication with the 43 portering staff. Experience within this environment will be an advantage although full on-going training will be received.

The responsibilities for this role include managing attendance, mandatory training, maintaining shift patterns, annual leave and verbal communication with all departments.

This is a challenging position with lots of variations which involves integrity, openness, forward thinking and the ability to carry out manual handling duties.

Tunbridge Wells Hospital opened in 2011 and provides single rooms with en-suites for all in-patients - the first of its kind in the country.
