Marketing Assistant

Job Introduction Working closely with and reporting to the Marketing Manager, our Marketing Assistant is there to help develop and deliver the MEP Hire Marketing Strategy. You’ll do this through the creation and promotion of various on and offline marketing activities. Working collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders, the assistant will support MEP Hire to deliver projects on time and to budget.
**Key Responsibilities**
Support, create and maintain both key digital and printed literature, signage and other related business materialWork closely with internal teams both operational and commercial to deliver class leading partner-driven marketingAssist with the maintenance and development of the company’s external websitePosting on and monitoring of the businesses’ social media channels Support in sending on and offline marketing campaignsAnalysing the effectiveness of both on and offline campaignsEnsure the company’s internal intranet is up-to-dateManage the stock levels and ordering of promotional materialsSupporting the Marketing Manager with the department budget by raising and managing purchase orders for various supplier payments
