We are recruiting for a creative, innovative and organised person to join our Operations function as an Operations and Social Media Assistant. This new role involves working alongside the Lead for Operations to provide high quality planning and support for our delivery teams across sport, corporate and assessment services as well as for the senior leadership.

An exciting part of this position is the role it will play in the company’s social media strategy. The Operations and Social Media Assistant will play an integral role in raising the online profile of Performance Services through content creation and management of social media channels.

The role can involve home-based working, but will involve travel to both of our office bases in Warrington and Birmingham, according to need.

**Introduction to Changing Minds UK - Performance Services**

Changing Minds UK are a team of Applied Psychologists who pride ourselves in providing ethical, high quality, innovative psychological services for individuals and organisations across a range of settings including high performance sport, business, mental health, child and family settings and criminal justice. In the Performance Services team we have the vision of “Enabling People to Perform Well and Leaving Systems in a Better Place”. We provide psychological services across the UK within elite sport and business environments with the aim of enabling people and the organisations in which they work to Perform Well®. We work closely with a range of organisations, both at a national and international level and our partners include: professional clubs in football, rugby, cricket and basketball; National Governing Bodies across both professional and Olympic / Paralympic sport; and UK businesses and multi-national corporations. We have a strong commitment to co-production and meaningful involvement with our stakeholders across our services.

The Operations and Social Media Assistant will be responsible for the following:
**Business Planning & Contract Management**
- In conjunction with the Lead for Operations the post holder will support the production of regular operational reports.
- Project support to collate, share and monitor agreed actions ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Support the business standard operating procedures and processes thereby ensuring streamlined delivery of applied psychology services.
- Support the business planning cycle for the three service areas.
- Assist with up-to-date collation and storage of commercial contracts.
- Assist the contract review process by supporting reviews, report creation and storage.

**People & Practice Management**
- Support internal communication networks that ensure all staff are up to date with key messages. This will include support of Team Brief, monthly written updates and newsletters.
- To support and monitor that all new staff are compliant with a comprehensive Induction programme for each new employee and necessary documentation completed.
- Support periodic audits of the HR system to ensure appraisals and development plans are up to date.
- Attending and contributing to team days, being part of team discussions and reflections and undertaking service development tasks with the team.

**SLT**
- Attend and provide support to SLT meetings across the delivery, development and growth areas, including production of agendas, notes and actions trackers.
- Supporting the Lead for Operations with roll out, maintenance and tracking of progress against the Performance Services strategy.

**Social Media Management and Content Creation**
- Support the creation and delivery of a social media strategy designed to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
- Monitor, schedule, and publish content across social media channels.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and curate effective content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to align content with overall strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in the planning and execution of relevant social media campaigns.

**Market Research and Analytics**
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Use social media analytics tools to track performance and generate reports on social media performance.
- Provide regular updates on social media trends, audience insights, and campaign results.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
