_**Weeks will be split over two sites - Brentwood and Southend-on-sea. **_

**Main Duties HR**
- Scheduling appointments/meetings
- Provide administrative support for recruitment.
- Conduct inductions with new employees
- Scanning/filing ensuring employee files are updated.
- Any other administrative support ensuring high levels of accuracy at all times.
- Overseeing employee relations
- Answering basic employee queries
- Inputting data into internal HR databases/data management
- Supporting on HR projects
- Liaise with HR Dept for additional support
- Printing various HR documents
- Processing Payroll and liaising with the payroll department and line managers
- Collecting relevant employee information
- Conducting investigations, grievances and disciplinaries
- Support for Line Managers in managing staff

**Main Duties H&S**
- Ensuring Training documents are kept in date
- Organising training for operatives of Fork lift
- Ensuring daily checks and fault reporting is compliant with H&S regulations
- Record and report all accidents inline with Company policy and RIDDOR
- Complete risk assessments for all areas of the company - all sites and roles.
- Manage external stakeholders onsite visits i.e. contractors, agency staff and other visitors
- Implementing and reviewing all Risk and Method Statements
- First Aid awareness and administrate all first aid on each site.
- Ensuring the requirements of NFU risk management services are upheld.
- Ensure all equipment inspections are done, logged and records filed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
