**Job Description**:
Opportunity is around the corner as due to expansion we are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our market leading client based in Bristol who specialise workforce management software. Your job role will include, handling incoming and outbound calls, workforce screening, managing deployment, staff attendance, tracking and financial management solutions mainly operating in security sector. This a challenging role in which you will be responsible for monitoring our clients personnel and providing technical support.

**_What will my working day involve? _**
- Monitoring systems and logging data accurately- Dealing with immediate problems from clients or their personnel- Handling incoming and outgoing calls, including alarm callouts and customer enquiries- General administration- Tasking jobs to mobile patrol officers & supervisors- Key checks/audits- Confirming shifts with officers**What hours will I be working?**

You will be required to work in the office on a rotating shift basis which will include working some weekends. The rota will be set two weeks ahead. The shifts will range from 06:30 - 14:30, 06:00 to 18:00 or 13:00 to 21:00.

**How much will I be paid?**

The pay is £12.00ph
