**Start Date**: Required as soon as possible.

**Salary**: £22,777 to £24,948 pro rata per annum

**Hours**: 15 hours over 2 full days per week, term time only, including teacher training days plus 1 additional week

**Contract Type**: Permanent

We are looking to appoint a dynamic person to provide a quality Education Welfare service to help the school to raise achievement by improving school attendance and punctuality and to meet our attendance targets. The promotion of positive attitudes by pupils and their families towards education and ensuring that parents are made fully aware of their statutory responsibilities, particularly where there is persistent absence. Make unsupervised home visits and attends meetings at both at school and off site. To work in partnership with Parents, the Pastoral Team and other agencies to ensure the welfare and needs of all students are met.
