An independent Quantity Surveying Consultancy are seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across an array of bespoke projects across the South.

**The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role**

The Managing Partner is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their head office in Surrey where you will be exposed to several high profile, international client who have unlimited budgets and expect a quality finish.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will therefore deliver prestigious projects across the UK including locations such as Surrey, Oxford, and London

You shall provide pre and post contract services on super, high end residential and other luxury buildings.

**The Senior Quantity Surveyor**
- MRICS (preferably), or hold a RICS accredited degree
- Able to commute to Surrey
- Cost Management / Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
- Pre and post contract background
- Comfortable working with high profile clients
