- **4-day week: Monday - Thursday 7:00AM - 5:00PM.**:

- 3 breaks per day (2 X 15-minute breaks, plus 30-minute lunch break).

Cornelius Electronics is currently looking for Production Operators to join our established and friendly team.

We are a cable assembly organisation, founded in 1979 and employing approximately 200 people across a large facility in Port Talbot.

Our Production Operator role involves a variety of different tasks including hand assembly of products, use of hand tools, and operation of machinery (large and small). Our Operators are responsible for completing different cable assembly tasks as part of our multi-skilled production team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Working as part of a fast-paced production team within a leading cable assembly organisation,
- General cable assembly using various equipment and machinery,
- Working flexibly across various production teams,
- Machine operation, use of tools and hand assembly of products,
- Following instructions clearly (both verbal and written) to complete tasks correctly,
- Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures,
- Quality checking and fault finding,
- Keeping workstation clean and tidy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
