Gowland White are award winning estate agents with offices in Stockton and Yarm. We now have a opportunity for a confident individual to join our upbeat lettings team based at Yarm. We are looking for someone who is energetic and passionate about the quality of their work and service provided to clients.

Summary information for the vacancy:

- Full time Lettings Assistant reporting to our Lettings Manager
- Based at our Yarm office
- Regular contact with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Arranging viewing appointments and obtaining feedback
- Arranging repair contracts
- Computer use focused on bespoke estate agency software - training to be given.
- Tuesday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
- Wednesday 9.00 am - 1.00 pm
- Thursday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
- Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
- Saturdays 9.00 am - 1.00 pm
- Confidence in your work and judgement, with an ability to explain these to others in an
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- A team player who excels at keeping things organised and on track

Previous employment in the property industry is not necessary as training will be given.
