Bonded Warehouse Administrator

Our client, a first class reputable bonded fulfilment company based in Burnley is looking for Bonded Warehouse Administrator to join their Admin team on a temp-perm basis. The company runs between 8am-8pm, for the right person the working hours could be flexible between these hours.
- Familiar with the fulfilment processes and HMRC regulations
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel
- An effective communicator and influencer
- Experienced in exporting (desirable)
- Experienced in excise movement and control systems

As Bonded Warehouse Administrator your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying orders for despatch
- Creating despatch schedules
- Identifying appropriate HMRC paperwork to be prepared
- Maintaining status of orders after despatch
- Recording, controlling and maintaining up to date documents and records in line with HMRC regulations ensuring all paperwork is checked, accurate and completed within set timescales
- General admin duties

This company is based on transport links to nearby towns including Burnley, Accrington and Blackburn - alternatively there is free onsite parking available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
