**Assembly Operator - Pharmaceutical Sector Hub**

**Role Overview**:
The Assembly Operator will weld, assemble, test and package products following standard operating procedures to meet quality, cost and time standards.

**Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on**
- Understanding an complying with Company Environmental, Health and Safety practices (EHS), identifying areas for improvement and supporting related initiatives
- Promoting and improving work area through 5S activity
- Completing Quality System transactions and Production System Transactions
- Meeting on time delivery by organising yourself and colleagues to effectively complete plan
- Engage, suggesting and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and projects

**Your previous experience is likely to include.**
- Working within a production environment
- Basic working computer skills
- Growing an understanding of your role and it’s commercial and quality impact on the department

**To be successful in this role you will**
- Be flexible and willing to complete other duties to upskill as required
- Comply with Company Core Values at all times
- Be able to work on daily plans using numeracy and literacy skills
- Follow instructions well and maintain high levels of quality through excellent attention to detail
