**Job Title: Assembly operator**
**Role Overview**:
To build and test products following standard operating procedures to meet quality and time standards.
**Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on**
- Promoting the company EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) policy to ensure it is adhered to by yourself and colleagues, while raising opportunities for improvement
- Building and testing products in line with instruction sheets to meet quality and time standards
- Promoting and improving work area
- Suggesting and implementing quality and productivity improvements
- Completing Quality Systems Transactions
- Completing Production Systems Transactions
- Meeting on time delivery by organising yourself and colleagues to effectively complete plan
**Your previous experience is likely to include.**
- Working within a production environment
- Working with basic computer skills
- Building an understanding of your commercial impact on the department
**To be successful in this role you will**
- Demonstrate the ability to work on daily plans and tasks using numeracy and literacy skills
- Maintain excellent attention to detail to maintain high levels of quality
- Show the aspiration to learn and develop in the role
