The quality and process control coordinator will be responsible for organising and overseeing quality control procedures, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. The position coordinates activities, delegates tasks required for compliance, conducts internaland supports external audits, set goals, establishes guidelines, gathers, and analyses customer and supplier feedback. The position must also conduct inspections to ensure the facility's compliance with external certification bodies and standards. Furthermore,the quality control and process coordinator must monitor the progress of all quality and process operations, resolving issues promptly and efficiently while adhering to the company's policies and regulations.

**Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions**
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations and standards of both internal, supplier, customer, and certification bodies
- Support maintaining & updating calibration & maintenance records
- Support Monitoring of product standards & implementation of quality control & programs
- Support conducting internal audits and reports & liaising with external quality consultants where required
- Support quality and/or process related customer complaints and follow through to completion allocating the complaints to the appropriate department for investigation and tracking resolution times. Communicates with Suppliers when required to support completion
- Update and maintain quality KPI requirements
- Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures.
- Implement Record Management Policies and Procedures, including retention and disposal or records and support the document management system to operate effectively.
- Promote and educate on good document management practices i.e., Document creation, approval, publishing, review, archive, disposal, storage, and recall.
- Responsible for the maintenance of current policy, procedures, work instructions, projects, and other initiatives, which supports the strategic, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working in collaboration with the team members in support of quality and process compliance and improvements.
- Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.
- Support Organisational initiatives to grow the sales and profitability of the departments in relation to quality and process improvements.

- Perform other assignments, as requested by supervisor or manager.

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate the ability to pay close attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Must conduct oneself with the highest level of professional and ethical standards.
- Preferred Skills or Competencies
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning software
- Proven work experience as a Quality Coordinator, Quality Assurance, or a similar role in the Production Department
