Our rapidly growing, family run company are looking to recruit an experienced Working Foreperson for our Fire Door division based in Hastings, East Sussex

Job Overview:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Working Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee works on site from construction to completion where required.
- Lead and manage staff on site to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations, scope of works specifications and all Fire Door works are completed in accordance with BM TRADA guidelines - Training will be provided
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on site, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns with your PM, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in construction site supervision and relevant city and guilds, or other accreditation body qualification. Relevant industry and trade certifications (e.g., CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid) preferred.

A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory and project management role in the construction industry.

Valid UK driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites is required and possible stay away work when necessary

Pay: From £20.00 per hour
