This is not just any Art Buyer job, this is an M&S Art Buyer job As Art Buyer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Food Packaging photography on time. You will work with the other Art Buyer to deliver marketing leading, creative and consistent work that conveys M&S quality standards and delights the customer.

Key Accountabilities and measures
- Understand and interpret creative photography briefs, source and work with appropriate photographers and deliver exceptional imagery.
- Manage project budgets and raise POs and deal with PO queries in a timely manner.
- Work with design, planning, print/colour management and product developers to deliver to brief.
- Ensure Home Economy Briefs, Camera Traces and Photography briefs are fit for purpose and challenge where necessary.
- Build strong working relationship with Art Directors, Photographers and Food Stylist to ensure they always delivery on brand photography.
- Manage multiple projects at high speed, across pre-production, production and post. Manage the Photography plan and keep internal stakeholder updated.
- Influence product sample process, working with collaboratively with the Product Development Assistants.
- Manage digital assets, ensure a robust and intuitive filing system.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
- Own weekly photography review meeting including shot review, photo-shoot timetable and budget.

Key Skills
- Experience in photography production (preferably in food) in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management.
- Excellent creative eye and a thorough understanding of the photography process.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build strong cross functional relationships both internally and with external suppliers.
- Organised and resilient with an agile mindset, able to multi-task and comfortably handle workload pressure.
