At YPrime, we help our clients in the pharma and biotech industries to collect data from patients using mobile devices, assign patients to study treatment groups, and dispense clinical trial drugs and supplies using web apps. We're supporting life-altering research, one project at a time.

YPrime's Logistics team is searching for a Logistics Deployment Coordinator to handle daily project logistics correspondence between our Logistics and Project teams You'll be based in our Sandwich, Kent, UK office.

- Strong communication skills to work effectively with project teams
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management and communication skills

- GCSE
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Understanding or experience of clinical trials/ pharmaceutical industry is a plus

**_Here are some more details about the job:_**
- You'll work with the study teams and logistics to ensure study supplies are ordered and allocated prior to study go live
- You'll perform general physical activities in warehouse, inventory control and material handling
- You'll assist in inventory Audits and Cycle Counts
- You'll assist in the control of all new and returning study equipment
- You'll generate commercial invoice documentation for shipping tickets
- You'll ensure all necessary international shipping documentation required is available
- You'll assist client teams with relevant paperwork to return study supplies
- You'll maintain device certification library including new products that are added to YPrime Portfolio
- You'll track all shipments to delivery and communicate any delays to the project team
