**_Key Responsibilities_**
- Oversee and expedite vetting process for applicant Guardians, including organising new check-ins, including liaising with property services in ensuring units are ready to occupy
- Registration and deregistration of utilities and council tax, including ensuring receipt of bills and working with management regarding bills accruals on CRM
- Organising individual check-outs as well check-outs for the hand-back process
- Organise office management with regards to health and safety, compliance and purchasing
- Preparing client reports
- Manage property keys
- Manage client and contractor access requests
- Manage use, inspections and maintenance of company vehicles
- Answering phones, including to new customers with an ability to show sales acumen
- As this is a new role, tasks and duties will evolve and the role will develop. We believe the above stated duties and responsibilities will constitute around 50% - 60% of the role, with other duties to be allocated
- Solid understanding of the business and its objectives
- Understand and engage the culture of Ad Hoc and its missions and goals
- Collaborate and coordinate with the regional team and ultimately contribute towards business growth
- You will be expected to demonstrate good planning, forward thinking, with ability and determination to work to timelines
- Adherence to all company policies, processes and procedures at all times.
- Your integrity, personality, character, energy, persuasiveness, will all be essential elements to your success
- Ultimately, as an ambassador of Ad Hoc, there will be high expectation of conduct at all times.
