Miriad Products Ltd are a forward thinking, fast growing company currently operating in the B2B market place. To help with the continued growth we are looking to recruit a full-time office based role.

The role would suit someone from a customer service, sales background. Full training will be given in all aspects of the role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handling aftersales and warranty customer requests or queries in a timely manner.
- Building strong relationships with our customer base. This will involve making some outbound calls to our current customers.
- Providing general administration support across the business.

**Person Specification**

**Essential**

Excellent telephone manner
Excellent customer service skills

Strong organisation skills

**Desirable**:
Previous experience working within a customer service and/or sales

Confident communicator in challenging situations

Experience of upselling and pushing promotions

**Hours and pay**

37.5 hours per week to be worked between 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Competitive salary of £24486.00 per annum plus a potential to earn a bonus of up to £4000 per year.
