As a Sales Advisor you will be responsible for selling a range of broadband and telecoms products to business customers.
You will start your journey within the Outbound Acquisition team where you will be contacting prospective business customers who have expressed an interest in Talk Talk products and services by way of multiple marketing campaigns run by the client.
Your primary objective will be to convert the interest of prospective customers to a sale, whilst providing a positive and engaging customer experience.
In addition to the above, you will also be assessed for our inbound acquisition and retention team where customers are contacting you to order a service or discuss renewing their service.
There are multiple lines of business within our Sales and Loyalty department, so there are always opportunities to work on other lines of business.
A comprehensive training schedule will begin with 4-week classroom training which will cover systems, products / services, and all aspects of the day-to-day role. Following this, you will then enter a 4-week grad bay environment which is a blended live callsand training environment to help you build confidence to the point no support is needed.
**Monday to Friday ONLY - NO WEEKENDS**

**What we are looking for**:
- Ideally, we are looking for people who have 6 months sales experience (contact centre sales, telesales, direct sales, B2B sales, B2C sales, field sales, retention sales, loyalty sales, lead generation - are all desirable)
- If you do not have sales experience, but feel you have what it takes to transition into a sales role, then we would like to speak with you.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task and navigate systems / portals whilst engaging with customers over the phone.
- The ability to have good conversations with customers and build rapport quickly with a pleasant attitude.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Good listening and effective questioning skills.
- Target driven and motivated to earn commissions.
- Good influencing and negotiating skills.
**Salary & Bonus**:
- **£21,000 Basic p/a (OTE £35,000 salary + commission)**
**on average our team are earning between £850 and £1400 per month in commission**
- **£500 Bonus** (one time payment) on successful completion of probation (6mths)
- **£21,500 Basic** p/a after completing one year service
