Como um Agente do Serviço de Apoio ao Cliente em português brasileiro no nosso turno tarde/noite, você fará parte de uma equipe solidificada e acolhedora.

A nossa equipe de português brasileiro está crescendo e nós estamos oferecendo uma fantástica oportunidade para trabalhar em um novo modelo do turno tarde/noite.

Em contrapartida, nós oferecemos um salário competitivo, um fantástico período de férias, um vantajoso sistema de bônus e uma variedade de outros benefícios. O salário inicial para esta vaga é £27.799 ao ano, e aumenta para £28.899 após conclusão bem-sucedidado treinamento.

Esta vaga é elegível para inclusão na política de trabalho híbrido da empresa, por meio da qual você terá a opção de trabalhar até três dias em casa.

**Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Paixão em oferecer um excelente atendimento ao cliente;
- Boas habilidades interpessoais;
- Comunicação verbal e escrita de nível fluente/nativo em português brasileiro;
- Boas habilidades de comunicação em inglês;
- Capacidade de realizar múltiplas tarefas ao mesmo tempo;
- Capacidade para resolução de problemas;
- Boa aptidão informática, textual e numérica.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Utilizar português brasileiro para se comunicar de forma eficiente com nossos clientes;
- Comunicar-se com departamentos internos de língua inglesa para resolver dúvidas de nossos clientes;
- Proporcionar uma experiência positiva aos nossos clientes, resolvendo os seus problemas o mais rápido possível;
- Utilização de ferramentas internas para prestar auxílio e esclarecer a dúvida do cliente;
- Promover o jogo seguro;
- Manter-se informado sobre políticas, procedimentos e requisitos de licença.
