**Night Shift Production Coordinator**

The Night Shift Production Coordinator will be responsible for driving compliance and assurance of business practices by ensuring the accurate collation, preparation and completion of production checks, administration, and reports to provide confidence and reliable data for the MCL to safely start up production processes. As well as providing departmental MCL cover when absence occurs.

**The responsibilities of the role include** (but are not limited to)**:

- Collating and preparing paperwork for Operations, Including data entry into ERP systems
- Ensuring all training documentation and Work Instruction revisions are kept up to date.
- Assist the MCL with workforce planning
- Schedule competency checks with the appropriate Skills Assessor. Ensure all competency assessments are uploaded to individual training records and that training matrixes are updated
- Assist in the dissemination of key documentation such as toolbox talk, policy changes. Update records in accordance with compliance requirements
- Administer and triage issue Eco-Online reporting and auditing the feedback of issue reporting to operators
- Follow up or chase queries raised by Operators to ensure a resolution is communicated to all relevant parties
- Oversee the successful delivery of training within your department, including, Wis, health and safety, practical process training and management of training matrices
- Dealing with employee queries, escalating to the next level in management where necessary
- Assist MCL or functional departments in scheduling workforce attendance at inductions, interviews, performance conversations, planned training activities, toolbox talks, holiday rotas, Support visits etc

**Night Shift Production Coordinator Specification**:

- Right to live and work in the UK, with ability to obtain DBS
- Previously worked in a similar role
- Ability to wear full PPE
- Experienced in using Microsoft word and Excel
- Understanding of building audits
- Experience of reviewing policies and procedures
- Risk Assessments

This role will be worked over a 5 days a week; Sunday to Thursday 11pm - 7:15am Flexibility in this role is critical to the success of supporting the team.
