**About the role**:
**JOB TITLE**:Event Coordinator**
JOB TYPE**:Full time, permanent**
HOURS**:09:00am - 17:00pm (currently working remote, compete flexible working )**
SALARY**:£21,000 - £23,500**
LOCATION**:Central London

**DUTIES**:
- To carry out effective planning to ensure the logístical arrangements for all programmes and events, both virtual and face-to-face including: supporting virtual delivery on Zoom and MS Teams; production of delegate badges; sending joining instructions andkey information; preparing programme resources; venue sourcing; and ensuring effective delivery of materials to the venues
- To be first line of contact for general enquires
- To maintain the CRM areas relevant to programmes and support for the development of this system
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices
- Modify website-content and uploading documents to web-based forums
- Support Marketing and Communications to ensure the events app is populated correctly and ensure optimum use of the app where relevant by delegates
- To take minutes, make travel arrangements and undertake other general administrative duties as required
- Attend programmes and events on occasion as required, including working outside of normal business hours when required e.g. Awards Ceremonies, residential programmes, Multi-Day Conferences
- Compile reports, including analysis and identifying data trends
- Co-ordinate meetings and liaise with colleagues, including supporting internal and external meetings, committees and contacts as required
- Support the preparation of programme flyers, brochures, handbooks and wider resources to quality standards
- To manage time and tasks effectively
- Escalate risks to ensure delivery of tasks;
- Maintain and contribute towards the continual improvement of office systems and procedures which enable the efficient and effective running of the organisation
- Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the level of role
**Experience, knowledge and skills required**
- Educated to a high standard - Degree level or equivalent
- Experienced in working in a customer focused environment
- Experience of contributing as an effective team member
- Experience of working with a range of databases or CRM systems including all aspects of data gathering and migration, input and monitoring;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work independently, undertaking a high level of personal responsibility and initiative as required within the role
- Ability to manage demanding workloads including working to conflicting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills, including use of MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience of event management across a range of event types and styles, programme administration and support - Desirable
