Energy Sales Support

We are pleased to be recruiting for an Energy Sales Support person who will be working within the Energy Sales Support Team to be joining our clients' company on a full-time permanent basis at their Leicester office. They are an expanding energy broker with a superb team of consultants who offer professionalism, reliability not to mention a diverse skillset and experience. Our clients company has over thirty years experience, and are an organisation who take pride on being forward-thinking.

This role is offered on a Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 with a competitive package including a remuneration of £25,000 per annum, 20 days holiday in addition to public bank holidays, 3% pension contribution, staff engagements, free parking 2 - 5 minutes walk from the office based in Leicester, all bundled within a fun and friendly working environment.

**Job Description**:
As an Energy Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our sales department. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
2. Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to process sales, prepare quotes, and manage sales-related documentation. Ensure accurate and timely sales processing.
3. Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate. Generate reports and assist in analysing sales data.
4. Bill Validation: Analyse customer billing to ensure they are correct. Coordinate with customer to release payment.
5. Billing and Invoicing: Assist in preparing invoices, track payments, and resolve billing inquiries. Coordinate with the finance department as needed.
6. New Connections Support: Manage the installation timeline after the initial sale has been agreed. Liaising with suppliers, and DNO’s to ensure that timeframes are met, and installation occurs with no issues. Providing the customer with consistent updates through this process.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
