- Overview:
- The Equipment Operations Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment services by maintaining accurate records, managing assets, and providing essential support to various teams. This position incorporates a range of responsibilities to guarantee efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of equipment data that is crucial for tracking and servicing equipment efficiently
- Oversee the end-to-end asset approval process
- Manage contract and warranty records to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
- Validate and correct contract entitlements to ensure that customers are correctly invoiced for the services they receive
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of the Services and Installation departments
- Provide essential support for general projects by gathering, validating data, and assisting with project-related tasks, contributing to the success of broader initiatives within the company
- Identify and escalate any data discrepancies, guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of system information
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the evolving needs of the department and the company
- Job Skills & Experience Required:
- To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
- Prior experience in administrative roles
- Proven ability to maintain precise and organised records
- A good understanding of CRM systems and how they work
- A track record of effective problem-solving skills
- Can demonstrate experience in using modern web-based systems
- Person Specification:

- Be organised and detail orientated, in order to maintain accurate records and data effectively
- Have strong communication skills, which are essential to coordinate with teams, stakeholders, and customers
- Have strong IT skills, including intermediate Excel skills
- Be flexible and open to change
- Have collaborative skills that are important to work with various departments and provide support for broader projects
- Be comfortable using multiple systems
- Be able to work solely or as part of a team
- Be comfortable working at a fast pace
