We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join our busy and fast-paced operations team.

You will act as a key link between our customers and our internal transport & operational teams.

This is an office-based role in Cardiff and you will join an established and supportive team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with enquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer enquiries or escalate complex issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions

**Experience**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external teams is a must
- Previous experience in a customer service administration role in a business -to-business environtment is preferred
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high attention to detail in order to ensure compliance
- Proficient in computerised systems with strong database management experience
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
