We’re looking for an experienced, creative and dynamic leader to join us as our new Head of Fundraising. This is an exciting opportunity for you to work as part of the Senior Management Team, to inspire your team and elevate the charity’s approach to fundraising.

Reporting to the Director of Brand & Income, you will contribute to the wider fundraising strategy and provide the direction for our fundraising approach.

You will have:

- Fundraising/Sales experience, including how to deliver on targets from a range of income streams, such as, philanthropy, corporate, individual giving and trust & foundations.
- The ability to inspire and are able to develop and lead a high-performance culture.
- Confident communication relationship-building skills.
- Experience in delivering strategies at all levels, embedding a data-driven approach.
- Demonstrable knowledge of fundraising opportunities in Northern Ireland.
