3Dexperience Technical Consultant

**Responsible for**:
Your role as a 3DEXPERIENCE Technical Consultant, will involve working with a variety of customers and working with the sales team to define solutions based on Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience platform for our customers. You will also be responsible for implementing the solutions, training, and supporting the customers.

**Summary of Purpose of Job**:
As a 3DEXPERIENCE Technical Consultant you have a great opportunity to use your knowledge of the Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience Portfolio to help develop and support some of the UK’s most innovative companies. This could be on-site consulting with our customers, in the classroom delivering a training course or working on the support desk resolving specific issues.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team with opportunities.Understand and articulate Dassault Systèmes licencing model (Trigrams)
- Have technical knowledge of the Dassault Systèmes Portfolio
- Assist the sales team in generating new opportunities.
- Define 3DExperience go to market solutions.
- Demonstrate Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience platform to customers
- Generate customer reports identifying gaps and areas of improvement in a SOW format.
- Identify and generate ROI reports for customers
- Conduct Business Value Assessments
- Present Business Value Assessments and be confident in presenting findings at C level.
- Describe the baseline (as-is) and the target (to-be) to customer environments.
- Understanding of customer business drivers/challengers and then the ability to map solutions/services
- Assist sales team with value-added proposals.
- Manage, implement and train customers on the solutions
- Handle incoming technical support requests from customers
- Help generate sales tools and materials that clearly articulate the advantages of our solutions
- Partner with our sales staff to discover and develop prospects that would benefit from solutions provided
- Create blog content
- Proactively learn and continually develop skills with our software solutions to better provide advice and support

**Experience and Skills / Attributes Required**
- Relevant qualification from primary sector (engineering, manufacturing, IT/Computing)
- Excellent presentation skills and confident communication style that can easily adapt to different company stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Dassault Systèmes products
- Good knowledge of Dassault Systèmes software licensing
- Professional manner and confident in customer facing role.
- Proven influence/assertiveness skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills (can plan and meeting own timescales)
- A consummate relationship builder with excellent business networks and contacts.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide suitable business solutions.
- Excellent Computer and MS Office Skills.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic to achieve results.
- Maintains a positive outlook.
- Maintains a highly presentable appearance.
- You will be expected to undertake relevant certifications in the Dassault Systèmes portfolio.
