We are looking for a **Full Time Mobile Support Staff Member** to join our growing cleaning company, to assist the Mobile Operations Manager with the smooth running and high cleaning standards of client sites.

**Area of works**

Kent and surrounding areas.

**Your duties will include**:

- Provide Operational support to Mobile Operations Manager across client sites.
- Complete deep cleaning to sites including Carpet Cleaning / Hard Floor Cleaning / Window Cleaning and Jet Washing
- Complete records relating to tasks performed, materials and equipment using Cleanlink system / Microsoft 365 Diary.
- Reporting any faulty equipment, damage, vandalism, or potential hazard to the Mobile Operations Manager
- Maintain company vehicle and report any damage or defects
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed and encourage safe working practices on site

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- A long and established experience in the cleaning industry with relevant cleaning skills - update training provided as required
- Be organised and good at time management
- Be reliable, responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have a good sense of humour.
- Have the ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
- Have excellent customer liaison skills together with a commitment to customer service.
- Have a knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures
- Have a knowledge of the use of chemicals (COSHH) and Health and Safety legislation
- Have an obligation to adhere to safe working practices
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
