Pipe Dream Fittings Ltd is a multi-faceted online business that sells pipe fittings, bespoke industrial furniture, and outdoor buildings. The company has experienced rapid growth during the past year and is looking for enthusiastic employees to join the company at an exciting time.
MAIN DUTIES:
- General administrative support
- Answer incoming calls, taking messages and following up when require
- Data entry
- Listing items on eBay/Etsy/Website
- Day to day updates to website
- Day to day management of social media pages
- Producing monthly reports
- Courier labels
- Chasing deliveries when late or lost
- Sending out samples
- Maintaining office filing system
- Assisting our accounts team with administrative tasks
SKILLS/PERSONAL QUALITIES:
- A background in sales administration, customer service or buying
- Good organisational, time management and multitasking skills
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- A fast learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A good communicator, with excellent spoken and written English
- Good IT skills, including strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to work well with others and under own initiative

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
