**Duties**:
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- To manage financial records and transactions
- Computerising office operations to streamline processes
- Efficient communication and collaboration
- Providing general clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Typing correspondence and reports accurately
- Conducting data entry tasks with precision
- Assisting with various administrative duties as required
**Skills**:
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication
- Proficiency in financial management
- Ability to computerise office tasks for increased efficiency
- Familiarity with drive for seamless collaboration
- Excellent organisational skills to manage office operations effectively
- Office administration experience to handle day-to-day tasks efficiently

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £11.80 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 22 per week
