PAY - £72 - £75pd

An Outstanding SEN school based in Enfield/ Oakwood are looking for two SEN Learning Support Assistant on a Full-Time basis.

MAIN DUTIES

Building a co-operative and professional relationship with all members of staff, health professionals and parents.
Implementing and assisting interventions that focus on building life-skills and social and emotional development.
Attending weekly meetings with the SENDco to review the students emotional, social, and academic needs of the students.
Meeting the needs of students aged from 3-11 with Autism (high functioning).
To keep up to date with student's EHCP to ensure that their personal and academic targets are met.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Ideally has experience supporting students with special educational needs.
An understanding of a range of psychological disorders and a strong passion for supporting children with special needs within an educational setting.
A versatile, inspiring, talented, and personable individual with a strong passion for supporting students to achieve, with sights firmly set on making a genuine difference.
Personable, hard-working individual with a strong passion to supporting those with special needs.
Has right to work in the UK
