Events Executive

We are an events company focused on the Governance, Risk and Compliance Sector. We are looking for an ambitious events graduate who wants to learn everything about exhibitions, conferences, and awards ceremonies.
This role will work closely with the Head of Operations to plan and deliver high quality exhibitions & conferences.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with exhibitor/sponsor contracts and deliverables for live/digital events
- Liaison with venues
- Liaison with contractors
- Researching and securing venues and contractors
- Supplier negotiations
- Managing floor plans
- Managing exhibitor and sponsor materials - pre, during and post-event (proofing content, adverts, company bios, social announcements)
- Uploading content to our platforms & websites
- Working on award programmes
