**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Performance Executive Apprentice with Sculpt Digital, a digital and ecommerce performance agency based in Leeds.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:
**Performance Campaign Management**:

- Design, manage, and optimise performance campaigns across platforms, with a particular focus on Google Ads.
- Work closely with the Digital Performance Lead to align campaign strategies with client objectives and goals.
- Continually monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximise ROI.

**Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)**:

- Develop and execute effective CRO strategies to improve client website performance.
- Analyse user behaviours and website analytics to identify areas of opportunity.
- A/B test landing pages, ad copies, and other relevant elements to enhance conversion rates.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Produce comprehensive performance reports detailing campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Digital Performance Lead to present findings and insights to clients.
- Utilise advanced analytical tools to derive actionable insights and inform future strategies.

**Continuous Learning & Development**:

- Stay abreast with the latest trends and best practices in digital performance marketing.
- Attend pertinent workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills and expertise.

**Qualifications**:
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths).

**Skills Required**:

- Experience managing performance campaigns, particularly with Google Ads.
- An understanding of analytical tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and interpret relevant data.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:

- Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
- Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
- Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
- Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
