Meraki Talent are supporting with the appointment of a Finance Business Partner based in Edinburgh paying £65,000 - £68,000 plus bonus & excellent pension & benefits.

This PE/VC backed business has a very exciting growth journey with strategic objectives focused both around organic growth & M&A activity.

A key strategic focus for the business is the acquisition and retention of top talent, so they are constantly challenging themselves to ensure they are tip of the sword with succession planning and can provide excellent career progression & development.

**The Role**

As the business embarks on this journey, it’s looking to develop it’s FP&A and finance business partnering function to aid decision making, strategic planning and direction. This role will be responsible for scrutinising the monthly management accounts & reporting packs to ensure there integrity, and then taking the MI & data to business partner with Execs, Heads and Managers.

This team and function is definitely going to grow, develop and expand over the next 18-36 months as it’s pivotal to achieving the strategic objectives which will present exceptional exposure, visibility and senior stakeholder

engagement.

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Accountant with 2 years + post qualification experience with true business partnering exposure.

Preference would definitely be provided to individuals if they could demonstrate experience of PE/VC backed businesses and/or regulated environments, however these factors are not essential.

The position of Finance Business Partner is based in Edinburgh with excellent hybrid/flexible working - 2/3 or 3/2 between office/home working. The role will also offer:
